I don’t really receive very many questions, let alone frequently asked ones but I am bored and in need of something do to…the result a list of ‘frequently asked questions’ and my mediocre responses.

• Who are you? How old are you? Where are you from? I am Becca, I am 21 and I live in rainy England. I have featured these questions in my FAQ but I am always happy to answer questions like this. I love talking to people on tumblr and have made some incredible friends here.

• Do you have a personal blog? Yes and no. See this post for an explanation.

• Do you contribute to any other blogs? Yes I do. They are listed here.

• Do you own or did you take these pictures? No. The majority of the pictures I post on here are from photo sharing site Flickr and I never post pictures that are ‘all rights reserved’ nor do I claim ownership of any of the photos; the credit is always there for the pictures and you shouldn’t delete it because someone has worked hard to capture that scene you’re reblogging and its disrespectful to pretend they haven’t. I do have a Flickr account (although I am no photographer) that you may browse but the best pictures are here on my blog.

• Do you have pictures of <insert animal here>? Here is a brief guide to locating animals on my blog, if you can’t find the animal in question or simply want to see more of the animal in question…feel free to ask for it! I LOVE getting requests :)

• Are you a zoologist? No. I am just a humble animal lover and I do make mistakes every now and then when I identify an animal. I often rely on the photographer getting it right and have been let down a couple of times. I can only apologise and ask for your patience and forgiveness. Oh and let me know when I make a mistake, I will always rectify it.

• Do you post anything other than animals? Sometimes. I post quotes and animal facts every now and then. I also post the odd landscape or piece of art.

• Can I submit a picture to you? Yes. Here. However please don’t expect me to post it (I am a little OCD and more than slightly particular about my blog) and please read the guidelines before pressing submit :)

• Do you follow back? No. I try to check out every blog that follows me but a lot of them slip through the cracks. I do check every blog who asks me a question though, regardless of the nature of the question. So long as you don’t do followers trains or ask for promotions all the time you are already in my good books.

• Follow me? This is an unpleasant ask to receive - I am more than happy to check out blogs (in fact I love discovering new blogs) but ask me nicely and ask me to look at your blog rather than follow. You never know I may follow you :) I am unlikely to reply to the message though :)

• Promote me? No. I will occasionally do a promo game or a promotion of some kind but it’s rare. I like when a blogger I respect or a blog I adore promotes someone for seemingly no reason. I look at it then. I tend to ignore long lists without really meaning to. I think promotions should be genuine and because of a love of a blog not because someone asks for it. If I promote someone, it’s because I really do love their blog, not because they asked for it. I wish more people did this!

• How many followers? More than I ever dreamt of and far more than I deserve. Ask me off anon and I will probably tell you.
